Defence for Children International provides presentations and workshops about immigration law. The articles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child that influence Dutch policy on aliens are explained, as well as the immigration laws in the Netherlands, rules on the deportation of children and the situation of refugee children in the Netherlands.

• Medical students, law students, pedagogue students and students of social sciences.  

The presentation takes approximately 2 hours.

The information can be given in English and in Dutch.

Defence for Children International gives the presentation on location.

A PowerPoint presentation is used, therefore a beamer is necessary. A flip-over or a white board is necessary for the discussion
