It is explained what child sex tourism is, what the causes are, there is information about the perpetrators and about the victims, what the consequences are for the abused children, about which countries are risk areas and about the role of the travel industry. A short film is shown followed by a discussion. On request information can be focussed on the situation in a specific country.

This information is intended for future professionals in the travel industry, such as the secondary and mid-level education vocational tourism education, high level vocational tourism education, tour operators, etc.

The presentation takes approximately 2 hours.

The information can be given in English and in Dutch.

ECPAT gives the presentation on location.

A PowerPoint presentation is used, therefore a beamer is necessary. The film material can also be played on the beamer. A flip-over or a white board is necessary for the discussion.
